Our website often hosts online competitions for which entry requires you to supply personal details. The following are the standard terms and conditions which apply to our competitions. Terms & Conditions
- Open to all entries within the Gloucester area except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees or family members of Eastgate and its promotional partners.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over.
- All entrants’ details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winner(s) may be required to participate in promotional activity related to the competition.
- The competition is promoted by Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Entry to the competition is deemed as full acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Eastgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize(s) of equivalent value if the original is/are no longer available. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded and is/are non-transferable.
- The winner(s) will be notified by Eastgate Shopping Centre or their representatives through Facebook, by email or phone, as appropriate to the competition within 7 days of the competition closing date. They will then be announced via Eastgate Shopping Centre social media channels. Alternatively, for details of the winner(s) name(s), please send a SAE to: Eastgate Shopping Centre, 22 Eastgate St, Gloucester GL1 1PA.
- Winners must respond to Eastgate Shopping Centre within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise Eastgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- All prizes must be collected from Eastgate Shopping Centre within a further 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- You are providing your information to Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Errors and omissions excepted.
- The competition(s) and these Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law.
12 Day of Christmas – Eastgate & King’s Walk Competition Terms & Conditions
- Open to all entries within the Gloucester area except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees or family members of Eastgate and King’s Walk and its promotional partners.
- Only one entry per person per day will be accepted.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years old and over.
- There will be one winner selected daily at random between 1st December 2023 to 12th December 2023.
- False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible. Eastgate and King’s Walk does not hold responsibility for any abusive content posted on Facebook or Instagram or any social media platform.
- No travel costs or expenses incurred in collecting or using the prize will be covered. The prize is provided by a third party and the promoter has no responsibility for its onward use.
- All entrants' details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winners may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition.
- The competition is promoted by Eastgate and King’s Walk Shopping Centres and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Entry to the competition is deemed as FULL ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions.
- The value of prizes varies depending on which day’s prize is won. Eastgate & King’s Walk reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no longer available. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- By entering this competition, you are providing your information to Eastgate/King’s Walk. You may occasionally be contacted by the centres via email. You have the right to opt-out of receiving further marketing materials by either unsubscribing to our e-newsletters or contacting the centres.
- The winners will be picked and contacted within 7 days of the competition closing date.
- The winners will have 7 days to accept the prize. The prize will need to be collected from the centre.
- The winners will be contacted via direct message on either Facebook or Instagram.

How to enter
Users are eligible to enter our Facebook competitions by liking and commenting on a specific post(s) displayed on Eastgate Shopping Centre Facebook page. Other competitions may require you to submit a form with further details in order to be eligible to win.
Terms & Conditions
- The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time; the prize(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The competition winner(s) may be required to participate in promotional activity related to the competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old or as specified by the rules of each competition. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Entry is open to people living in the GL postcode area, except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees (and their families) of Eastgate Shopping Centre, agents, and any other companies associated with the competition. Entry to the competition is deemed as full acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
- Eastgate Shopping Centre does not hold responsibility for any abusive content posted on the competition page. Any content deemed inappropriate will be removed at their discretion. False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible.
