The centre is transforming into a winter wonderland filled with family fun, joyful performances and unforgettable festive moments. From roaming choirs and larger-than-life costume characters to exciting interactive attractions, there’s something to delight visitors of all ages.
You can meet Santa in several enchanting forms – including our much-loved British Sign Language Santa – enjoy live music from local choirs and bands, and take part in free activities that bring the spirit of Christmas to life. Whether you’re shopping, exploring, or simply soaking up the seasonal atmosphere, Eastgate is the place to be this December.
🎄Saturday 6th December
- Gloucestershire Libraries Choir – Eastgate Shopping Centre – performing throughout the day.
- Santa is coming! He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre and walking around throughout the day too.
- Bouncing Elves are on the loose. Costume characters having fun across the portfolio.
- The Victoria Ukulele – 11am.

- Santa returns – at Eastgate Shopping Centre and King’s Walk.
🎄Saturday 13th December
- British Sign Language Santa is coming. He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Gloucestershire Police Choir will be performing throughout the day at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Snowboard Simulator – a fun and free challenge for all of the family in Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Heart of Gloucester Community Choir – 11am.

- Santa returns – at Eastgate Shopping Centre and King’s Walk.
🎄Saturday 20th December
- British Sign Language Santa is coming. He will be based at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Salvation Army Brass Band and Choir – performing at Eastgate Shopping Centre throughout the day.
- Lairy Fairy and the Christmas Puddings – a fun performance taking place throughout the King’s Quarter portfolio.
- Sofa Driving Santa! Get ready for Santa On The Sofa across Eastgate Shopping Centre.
- Wind of Change band – 11am.
