If you’re a small registered charity, community interest company, or local community organisation, Eastgate Shopping Centre offers dedicated spaces perfect for your event. Available spaces include The Forum, exhibition areas at the top of the escalators on the first floor, and other flexible areas throughout the centre. To request retail or exhibition space for a charitable event, community project, or activity, please complete the form below.
We proudly support local groups and charities by providing space for engaging and interactive activities that enhance visitor experience. Due to high demand, we unfortunately can’t accommodate every request, but we aim to support initiatives that directly benefit our community and visitors.
Please note, we prioritise fundraising requests from small local charities addressing specific local needs through engaging activities. We do not support requests involving cash collections, direct debit sign-ups, or gift card donations for raffles, fundraisers, or prize draws.
